the problem

As a regional leader in economic development, the (Cumming) Forsyth County Chamber engaged Fame to complete a comprehensive rebranding that would better reflect modern attitudes toward forward-thinking business professionals.

the approach

Working closely with Chamber leadership and committee members, Fame provided strategic and creative direction that visually redefined and better expressed what the Forsyth County Chamber means to current and emerging businesses in the region.

the results

Through facilitated meetings, brainstorming sessions, and extensive market research, Fame delivered completely new branding for the Cumming/Forsyth Chamber of Commerce. The initial phases were comprehensive in nature, including a slick new series of logos with multiple variation options, and a sophisticated delivery of brand standards along with a flexible color pallet to allow for brand-friendly adjustments for special events or seasonal changes throughout the year.

The new branding campaign was beloved and embraced by the entirety of the Forsyth County Chamber and its constituents. It was universally expressed that Fame had captured the truest desires of the chamber members, advisors and trustees.

The proof of Fame’s success in helping rebrand the Forsyth County Chamber was evidenced on scales from large to small. From billboards to business cards, the new branding was showcased alongside the new messaging of “New Look. Same Focus.”


Since its inception in 1954, the Forsyth County Chamber of Commerce (located just northeast of Atlanta) has focused on increasing prosperity for local enterprise, as well as promoting a better community life for all Cumming/Forsyth County residents.

While the Chamber has always been viewed as a valuable force in Forsyth County and the growing city of Cumming, it was time for a change in the visual representation. The new branding embodied not only the past, but the future of Forsyth.

The entire project for Fame would rise and fall on their ability to not just create a high-quality logo, but to create something sleek and modern with a nod to the past, all while utilizing the myriad of viewpoints and opinions of all involved parties.

From the smooth contrast and compliment of the color palette to the integration of the eternally burning torch and flames as a representation of the letter “F,” Fame created more than just a new logo. Fame helped an identity be realized and embraced.

In an average re-branding project, a client will express the desire for lots of creative asset options, then choose maybe half of the potentially viable assets. In this case, the Forsyth County Chamber went “all in” on the rebranded assets.

From branded pens, letterheads, stationary, envelopes and even custom tablet covers to the aforementioned billboards, business cards, branded apparel, and much more, the Forsyth Chamber of Commerce loved their new branding from Fame.
